Community Benchmark: Share anonymized real-world executive coaching prices, packages and outcomes
Coaches and buyers — help build a transparent benchmark so we can compare pricing, packaging and measurable ROI across industries and geographies. Please share anonymized, first‑hand examples using the short submission template below. Do not include client-identifying details. If you have anonymized contract clauses, pricing templates, or before/after metrics, paste or attach them.
What to share (short template)

- Region / country (e.g., US - Northeast)
- Industry and client seniority (e.g., FinServ — VP level)
- Coach experience/credential (years, credential like PCC/EMCC — anonymized)
- Pricing model: hourly / per session / package / retainer / group
- Price charged / paid: per session and per engagement (or range)
- What’s included: # of sessions, session length, assessments (360, DISC), interim check-ins, messaging support, stakeholder interviews, workshop days
- Contract length / cadence (e.g., 6 months, biweekly)
- Cancellation, renewal or discount terms (brief)
- Measurable outcomes or ROI (KPIs, promotion/retention uplift, revenue impact, before/after metrics). Please be specific or provide ranges/percent changes where possible.

- Optional: paste anonymized pricing template or contract clause
- Consent to include anonymized entry in a public benchmark report: Yes / No
If helpful, copy this CSV header and paste one line per example:
role,region,industry,seniority,coach_experience,pricing_model,price_per_session,price_per_engagement,inclusions,contract_length,cancellation_terms,measurable_outcomes,negotiation_notes,consent
What we’ll do with submissions
- Aggregate anonymized entries into a searchable benchmark (filters by region, seniority, coach credential)
- Publish a summary report and downloadable templates
- Run a short anonymous survey and host a live panel to walk through top examples
Please post examples below or attach anonymized files. If you’re a buyer, say whether you were the decision maker and whether results met expectations. If you’re a coach, say whether price was market rate or discounted and why.
Thanks — sharing detailed, anonymized examples will make procurement and pricing decisions easier for everyone.
